The year is 1986 and following the success of his first album reviewed elsewhere here this month, Neil Norman came back with a shorter follow-up but with a few more tracks that, even today, tracks 'Vampire Planet', 'Daughter Of The Lesser Moon' and 'March Of The Lizard-Men' that were self-compositions to no doubt fill the space.

Usually when such things happen, it usually means the rights for some tracks couldn't be gotten for the release schedule but shows Neil Norman can do more than play his instruments. Even so, this is made up for by a rendition of the music from Roger Corman's 'War Of The Satellites' - which really ought to get a DVD release cos when I saw it when young, scared the heebeegeebees out of me.

Outside of that 'B' movies, there is a mixture of film and TV tracks from the likes of 'Star Wars, 'Sinbad And The Eye Of The Tiger', the first 'Star Trek' film and 'Darkstar' together with a very good rendition of 'Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea', 'The Time Tunnel', 'Buck Rogers' and 'The Twilight Zone'. In many respects, Neil Norman tends not to mess around with tracks that already work and doesn't impose himself. There are some occasional instrument changes but are less noticeable this time around. It's hardly surprising that these albums sell well even today.
