Shadowrain is a free resource for writers of dark fantasy and horror, brought to you by Robin Morero. Apparently, they have regular contact with the UK publishing imprint, Earthlight. Not sure what form this contact takes, but the sites does carry quite a few sponsorship positions for Earthlight.

Site for a soon-to-be-in-print magazine of short fantasy, science fiction & horror from Scott Marks. Each issue will contain original works of fiction by authors from all around New Zealand. At least one story in each issue will be from a young adult or teenage author. Their website will contain reviews of speculative fiction, interviews, events and resources for writers and artists of speculative fiction. The site was still under construction when we visited, and hadn’t launched yet (27th November 2001).
